My Approach

Before I pick up the camera, I want to understand who you are, what you stand for, and the impact you're working towards. That's what shapes everything; the shots we plan, the moments we look for, the story the images tell together.

My work is collaborative by nature. Whether you arrive with a clear vision or need help finding one, we build it together. Many clients work with me over time, developing image libraries they can draw from across campaigns, reports, websites, and everyday communication, creating a collection that feels cohesive, intentional, and genuinely theirs.

Who I Work With

I do my best work with purpose-driven teams, including not-for-profits, community organisations, schools, and small businesses whose work is grounded in something bigger than profit.

I'm inspired by organisations like Patagonia and National Geographic Society, who use storytelling to connect people with the world around them. Closer to home, I've loved collaborating with groups like Geelong Sustainability, and I'm drawn to the spaces where storytelling is about awareness and meaningful change, not just visibility.

If you value authenticity over trends, see imagery as an investment rather than a tick-box, and want a creative partner rather than just a photographer, we'll likely be a great fit.

My Background

My path to photography wasn't a straight line, and that's shaped how I see the world.

I came from education, including work as an EAL (English as an Additional Language) teacher, which taught me to listen carefully, look beyond the surface, and understand the many ways people communicate and make meaning. I carry that into every project. I'm drawn to the stories behind the work: the people, the purpose, the impact that isn't always immediately visible.

That's the kind of story I'm here to tell.

Let’s Work Together

If you're looking to document your work, build a library of meaningful imagery, or explore how visual storytelling can support your organisation, I'd love to hear from you.

I’ve had the privilege of working with organisations and businesses across community, education, and purpose-driven spaces, including:
